As members of Ravencrest Circle, we walk the path of wisdom, will, and wonder. Our conduct reflects the sacredness of our craft, our respect for the Circle, and our bond with one another.
1. Sacred Respect
- Treat all members with kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Personal beliefs, practices, and paths within the Craft are honored. We do not judge or mock the traditions of others.
- Discrimination, harassment, or bigotry of any kind is not tolerated.
2. Confidentiality & Trust
- What is shared in Circle, stays in Circle.
- Members’ identities, spiritual practices, and personal stories are private unless they give clear consent to share.
3. Consent is Sacred
- No spellwork, energy work, or divination is to be performed on another member without their express consent.
- Respect physical boundaries in all rituals and gatherings.
4. Participation with Purpose
- Attend rituals, meetings, and events when able, and communicate if you cannot.
- Be present, focused, and grounded during Circle work—this is sacred time.
- Support group efforts with intention, contribution, and care.
5. Integrity in Practice
- Use your knowledge and gifts responsibly.
- Do not use magic or influence to manipulate, harm, or coerce others.
- Hold yourself accountable for your actions within and outside the Circle.
6. Conflict Resolution
- Bring concerns directly to the person involved, or to a designated coven elder or leadership.
- Gossip, triangulation, or back-channeling undermines trust and unity.
- Seek resolution through compassion and honest communication.
7. Personal Responsibility
- Take care of your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Do not attend ritual or gatherings under the influence of drugs or alcohol unless ritually designated.
- Honor your commitments—your word is your wand.
8. Respect for the Sacred
- Treat ritual tools, spaces, and symbols with reverence.
- Keep the Circle clean, energetically and physically.
- Refrain from bringing unnecessary drama, ego, or outside conflicts into sacred space.
9. Inclusivity & Growth
- Ravencrest Circle is a living tradition, open to learning, evolving, and embracing diverse paths within the Craft.
- Share knowledge, mentor with humility, and receive teachings with gratitude.
10. Leaving the Circle
- If you feel called to step away, do so with honesty and grace.
- A formal closing rite or conversation is encouraged to ensure closure and continued harmony.
- Former members are respected as part of our journey but expected to uphold confidentiality.
